Today is the 20th anniversary of my home-recording project, which has been dormant now for well over a decade. But here are some old songs by me. I hope you enjoy them. (If you poke around the link you can find more playlists for all 3 of my cassette releases, which include some more noisy experimentation and a few clunker tunes I edited out for this compilation.)

Darth Vader by Walter Simonson
From Simonson:

I always thought it was too bad that David Prowse didn’t get to play Darth Vader unmasked.  Don’t know the score about that really, but I decided to do a illustration of David, more or less as he is now, as the dying Vader at the end of third movie. Drawn with a Pentel .9mm automatic pencil on 100 lb vellum surface paper.

Jack Kirby drew Darth Vader only once. But he drew Dr Doom in 15 issues of Fantastic Four.
